Mia "Mia continues to make great improvements. She did her first 2 hour nap at home the other day. She now only has 1 feed during the night, sometimes none, and after feeding just goes straight back to sleep in her cot. She's sleeping 10-12 hours overnight and waking after 6am and often nearer 6.30".

Sam "Sam was waking up 8 times in the evening before starting a slightly longer stretch of sleep, and then would continue to wake throughout the night. I finally decided to speak to Kathryn and Amanda. They have been great. They take a holistic approach and are the only consultants I've found that don't do controlled crying, which I personally felt I couldn't cope with - and it turns out it wasn't necessary. They have helped with Sam's sleep and eating issues above and beyond what was outlined in the package I bought. They are kind and supportive, as well as holding a wealth of knowledge. I would definitely recommend them. So glad I decided to contact them. Nice to finally have an evening of relaxation knowing that Sam is also having a good unbroken sleep".
